William S. Halsey, III

Born in Anniston, Alabama, upon graduation from Anniston High School, William attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981. He then went on to attend Birmingham School of Law while clerking for a personal injury law firm in Birmingham for two years. He then transferred to Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama earning his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in December of 1985. Shortly thereafter, he went on the pass the Alabama State Bar in the spring of 1986 becoming fully licensed in April of 1986. Since his graduation, William has worked with many law firms which specialized in personal injury litigation before starting his own practice in 2002. William has been practicing law for 35 years now concentrating in personal injury cases including trucking accident cases, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, workers compensation, and social security disability. In his free time, William enjoys spending time with his family and the family dog, Toby, and watching Alabama football with friends on the weekends.
